General info

I create lathe turned art and functional work from locally sourced wood. I began creating wood turnings in 2010. What began as a curiosity quickly evolved into a passion. I cannot explain the thrill of taking a piece of wood that has no apparent attributes, mounting it on a lathe and finding the true beauty of the interior. Many times it is astounding as to the awe that one can find inside a nondescript ‘chunk’ of wood.
